So I headed into my local 2degrees store today to ask about getting an iPhone 8 as I had assumed that the X wouldn't be getting added to the Trade Up deal because of the extra price ($1800!), however I was surprised to find that the store manager was able to confirm that the iPhone X will be available on Trade Up.

Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Now I just have to wait until November.
