Hi Everyone,

I've had issues with Orcon not working since it was installed on the 11th August.

First it didn't work, got billed for a month on troubleshooting and replacing the modem/router.

After a month, I got connected for 3 days before it dropped off. They confirmed the issue was 100% on their end.

It then dropped off twice more, again fixed by them (nothing wrong with my setup/hardware etc) before I finally raised a complaint with the Orcon Support team.

Their response was a text message asking me to "call us for an apology".

I called fuming, and was offered 2 months free for the month loss of service.

The bill has come in for my second month, and no credit has been applied.

So in summary:

Signed up for Orcon.

No service for a month.

Disconnected 3 times after getting connection.

Orcon admit complete fault, offer compensation.

Does not apply compensation.

I don't want to deal with them any more. Please help!

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bit of a rough time with us recently - it sounds like we could've done a bit better.

PM me with your account details and I'll take a look and see what's going on.

Cheers,

Cam
