Have you done any basic fault checking or maybe called Orcon from a mobile phone?

Last time this exact problem happened, when I was first switched over to the current top speed plan, I talked to three support people on the phone who were absolutely no help whatsoever. Then I talked to a Orcon employee here and it was fixed rather quickly.
