so I rang up the Orcon Helpdesk and asked the tech to disable Voice Mail.

After coming home it now appears that: Voice Mail, Call Waiting and Caller ID are now ALL disabled...is there a way I can view and toggle my line options from the account section of the Orcon website?

I also need to re-check my privacy options on my line, like outgoing caller ID blocking: ON and white pages listing: OFF

Hi trakman,

Currently the only way to change these settings is via the helpdesk (call or email) - we know how much this sucks, and the guys are working on integrating support for changes to these features into the My Orcon section of the website. Sorry for the hassle in the mean time.
