What do you think? The App looks very nice but seems to have a few features missing like check usage and the option to top-up other 2D mobile numbers

I also have what looks like a speech bubble saying ' stream away till your heart's content ' and it does nothing when I click on it

The bubble for me says I have enough data for 15 days of my usual data usage (and the circle thingy shows I have 10 days left). I guess it shows you that message if you're on unlimited or use very little data compared to how much you have banked up?

One thing I miss from Skinny is a breakdown of my carry over data showing exactly how much data will expire on each date. Currently it just shows a grand total without any way to know if I can make it last or not.

CarryOver data lasts for 1 year so I guess if you have 11-12+ times what your plan comes with then you know you have some expiring soon. If you have only 2-3 times what your plan includes then you probably dont got to worry about it going anywhere any time soon! I believe it uses the oldest data first as well to minimise data loss during expiration

Yes it's not very intuitive. I prefer the Vodafone approach where they have two circles. One circle for how many days left (i.e. x days divided by 28/30/31 days) and another circle for how much monthly data left (i.e. x MB divided by monthly MB). Quick visual way to compare how much data left vs how many days left. However I guess carryover data doesn't work very well with their approach.

FWIW here is a screenshot so people can see what is being discussed:

I like how they have added the ability to see who you are sharing data with. However, I wish that one of the old features would return, the ability to see how much each of those shares has used.

Blah, is this iOS only thing?  The android app is still the crappy old thing that they have had for years.  Wish they would release updates for both at the same time.  Currently I use the website on my note8 as it has more info than the android app.

I don't think it's been 100% rolled out to Android yet. It is being released in stages across Android, but as I understand it Apple Store is all or nothing.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Well that is just pointless.  If they want to do that then created a beta channel for it.

I have the new app this morning on my Nexus 5... must have updated last night, although I find Android auto-update very unpredictable.

Noticed the pictures of the app on the Play store are of the old app though...

Would be great if they updated it for the iPhone X (so it's not letterboxed at top & bottom), rather than just vintage iPhones.

My 2degrees app just updated and is no longer working. getting the following message.

"Sorry for the inconvenience our Mobile App is currently unavailable due to an outage. We are working on it on a high priority basis. Thank you for your patience."

It’s showing that for me too and the new app has worked in the recent past for me so seems like a system outage rather than a fault with the app.
