I have moved my phone from 2D to Orcon using Orcon's 'bring your number' function.  There is naturally a delay for this to happen, so I am still using the 2D SIM to ensure calls get through.

The question I have is how do I know the port is effective to my Orcon SIM?

Your 2d sim will stop working when port is complete.

Ahh - as I hoped.  Many thanks.

Yep simple as dead 2D SIM as your number is no longer active on that network
