Just had a knock at the door and standing there in their Orcon staff gear was a Orcon employee hand delivering a special invitation.

Rather dumb struck there for a while.

A very large envelope with a Orcon wax seal on it.

Contained a brochure on Orcon's selections of Orcon@home plans and size A3 letter explaining why Orcon do things differently.

Our exchange (Howick) just got upgraded with Orcons own gear.

We like to have a select number of customers, then go out of our way to deliver truley outstanding product performance and service to each and every one of them"

Say what you will, marketing ploy but the reason I posted this its nice some times for these larger companies to acknowldge their customers instead of pushy salesman on the phone or a up and down web site with confusing plans that change week by week.

Thank you Orcon.

Had one of these guys do this to us back in March when they first launched it back in Ellerslie. We were on the beta trial, so we'd had it for a month anyway. XD
