I see 2D are offering double top up amounts for prepay at the moment ie: Top up $20, get $40 credit.

Does this apply to all Prepay accounts or only new ones ? The T&C is not very clear at all - if its new signups only then its really badly advertised. Dosent say anywhere existing users cant have it.

Or is there just a delay on the extra credit to appear ? (I just put $20 on my account) The T&C refer to a code as well - what code ?

I remember Vodafone doing this ages ago. I remember topping up $150 or so, to get $300 credit. And my average monthly spend back then was in the $20 per month range. It took me well over a year to use up all of that credit. Still had to do a $20 Top Up after a year, to keep the account open. Despite the phone still being used daily.

Yeah but dosent say how the code is delivered - I've had nothing from 2D to even acknowledge the $20 top up (apart from the amount going on on my account) - usually get a TXT to say I've topped up.

@2degreescare Can you clarify ?

Morning all, yep as wibble has mentioned customers get a free scratchy when purchasing a new smartphone. Each scratchy has a voucher code which you can redeem here - redeem.2degreesmobile.co.nz - or by sending a free SMS to the shortcode 229 with your voucher code.
