@2degreescare @saltyNZ Just a quick question sorry, I just moved from the 2D $19 prepaid plan to the postpaid $40 Freedom plan and got the below SMS

" Your text are low. You'll use another text pack or standard rates when these run out. See your 2degrees for your balances and auto renewal dates "

I am guessing the above SMS is related to my 2D prepaid plan getting removed?

I did this change online and it looks like I moved to postpaid in the matter of minutes which was very quick and it looks like my new on account plan minutes / data is prorated for the first 3 days and my DOM is the 10th of the month

Edit:I also had a prepaid balance of $87 will this be moved over to the first invoice as a credit?

Download the 2D app and it should show all the credit and account balances?

Else dial *100*1# for up to date account details?

Been using the App since day 1 does not show any credit yet, I suspect it will show up tomorrow

Yes, we handle 'unlimited SMS' a little differently between prepay and postpay. That message is related to the change. It's a bit annoying but I haven't been able to figure out a way to suppress it. Ignore it.
