I have just tried to join 2degrees online and my orders appeared to go through fine.  I haven't got an email confirming them but on my account online I had both order numbers there.  now when I look they have disappeared and it just says I have no accounts.  I'll give them a call tomorrow but I wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same issue or if @2degreesCare can look into it for me?  I have a screenshot of the order numbers if required.

Thanks in advance

Absolutely, please PM us those details and include your number, email address and 4 digit PIN.

Silly question but have you checked your spam folder?
