@2degreescare This morning I noticed my plan allocated data has been moved to the carryover and I now have 0MB on my plan but minutes have remained the same, Should the data bundle renew when the unused gets moved to the carryover and a new lot of minutes allocated at the same time?

The App is saying I still have 1 day until your monthly plan renews

@SaltyNZ Can you add any value here please?

Thanks

Was that what the app was saying about data as well? If so I think it's just an artifact of the way they are processing things in the app to be 'friendlier'. Balances in NCC work more or less the same sort of way they did in Surepay - each blob of balance has an expiry date, and the blobs are independent. I think they're trying to arrange the display so that the current month's blob shows separately to the sum of all the other blobs so you know how much "carryover" data you have, when the reality is that you just have blobs of data with expiry of +12 (this month), +11 (last month), +10 months ... etc. depending on how much data you use each month.
