A customer's domain, which is MX'd to Orcon, today stopped receiving mail.

The domain is set up to use Orcon to reroute addresses either to an
@ISP mailbox, or to an @mail.ourdomain mailbox on our mailserver. We
use about 300 filters via Orcon's control panel to do this.

Checking Orcon's mailserver, I see that it is giving "Temporary local
problem" errors for this domain (only). Other domains hosted on Orcon,
and addresses @orcon, don't do the same thing.

Has anyone else noticed something similar?

(Orcon's hold time for corporate support is 26min today - god only knows what the wait on residential is - eek!)

Update: 30min on hold now. *sigh*

Orcon said it was a database error which they have "permanently fixed". Thanks.
