First I try to log into my Orcon account and I get this:

Now I don't even get that, the whole http://www.orcon.net.nz/ site wont load at all now :(

I get this error: 
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.orcon.net.nz/my_orcon/?result=failure”. The error was: “Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 302.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:302) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

Anyone else getting the same errors?

Yea site is  back up now, and I can login now too, but the usages thing is still on "under maintenance" as you said.
