its for a customer in one of the flats i didnt have a customer no. the modem slingshot supplied,shows solid green wan and internet lights

You might have to do some basic testing - is this person connected via WiFi or using an ethernet cable to the router? Can they access the router at all (ping the router IP or connect to the web management interface)? This should eliminate problems in their own configuration.

 

If that doesn't work then the customer will have to contact Slingshot then. Slingshot will perform some tests and if needed contact Chorus for further testing.
