Topped up an old mobile, forgot to turn off data, and it's sucked out $7 from my $20 top up after 2 hours of forgetting. Not blaming anyone. Thought I'd advertise the donation.

Give them a call, chances are they will reverse it. Had the same thing happening to me when topping up my kids mobiles.

Not really a dontation. You used data they charged for it.

Call and ask for a rerate to a value pack. If you’re nice enough the agent will probably agree to it.

My wife purchased an add-on twice by mistake. 2D was happy to reverse one of Add-ons. 2D customer service is quite flexible about these user errors. Try giving them a call.
