I wondered if anyone else has this issue: the 2degrees Mobile login page doesn't display anything for me in Safari, on MacOS or iOS. It works fine in Chrome on my Mac. It's a fairly recent change but I'm not sure exactly when, certainly in the last few weeks rather than months.

I get an error message on the 2degrees dashboard when logging in with Safari. Looks like a problem on 2degrees system.

I've logged in fine with desktop Safari. Don't have any Apple mobile devices to try that, sorry.

Just checked on my iMac and it worked ok.

Have you cleared your cache/browsing history?

Can you PM us examples of what you're seeing please, including your number, email address, PIN and version of Safari please?

Thanks

Apols for the slow reply. Here's what Safari shows when I click Login, then "Mobile / Log in". PM as requested with the other details

Still working fine for me. Could it be an extension? What version of Safari? Mine states "Version 11.1.2 (13605.3.8)"

Turns out the problem is 1Blocker. I've reported the problem to the 1Blocker support team. I'd be curious to know what it is about the page that offends 1Blocker though…

I noticed the same issue with uBlock Origin where certain websites will fail to load or work properly so these days I pretty much whitelist sites that I trust and block everything else.

Hi, what were you trying to do when you got that pop-up?

Please feel free to PM us if it's account related.

Cheers

Just using the login link to mobile from my Mac using Safari.

BTW: I emptied out the cache on the browser as well, no difference.

Can login with Chrome and Firefox, but does not work with Safari.
