I was on the 250gb plan and my connection was 12 mbps now on the unlimited plan it is only 6 mbps.

 

The "better network" gave me the 12mbps after i was on their normal equipment at 4mbps. This now is no better.

 

I'm paying for the "better network" not a normal speed, i might as well start shopping around.

 

Slingshot please reinstate my speed. please.

@houndnz What are the modem line stats showing?

Might be a good idea to start off reviewing the many other threads around basic fault checking

Your post doesn't really make a lot of sense other than the mention of your speed dropping.

 

It might help to provide some more information.

 

What did Slingshot support advise when you contacted them?
