When you log on , the web site swallows the name and password but then just sits there and continues to show the name and password fields. No notice of a successful log on is shown.

 

You have to manually click on the headings for 'my account' etc. to progress.

I just logged on to MyOrcon and got the standard 'dashboard' screen.

you using your username or email address to log in? I remember one or the other does that use to endlessly load for me as well

I use a non-orcon email address. not my orcon user name. The site complains if the details are wrong but doesn't progress if they are right.

 

Used to work OK last month but I see the web development team have been busy since then.

working fine for me usersname@orcon.net.nz and password 

 

if anyone from orcon reads this your email password reset link is broken it just redirects back to the dashboard.. pretty keen to get this changed.. cheers

Are you clicking the link on the live web page or using a saved short cut? I had similar trouble a while ago and it was because my save shortcut was out of date.
