Is it possible to get this as an add-on?

 

 

 

Alternatively, can I migrate my personal plan to a business plan without losing my carry-over data?  I have the 6-month half price deal - can this be transferred too?

No for personal plans not even an add-on or you would be able to select this in the 2D App
