looking at moving mum and dad to a 100/20 plan from the existing provider.

 

Can anyone tell me what the $85 plan gives me?

 

Is it a static IP?  Is it CGNAT?

 

do they provide a new router?

 

How is the service delivered - pppoe, ipoe?  how do I configure the existing router?

It is all on that page / on the signup page.

 

PPPoE / VLAN 10.
Yes, a router is provided if required. There is a courier charge.
Public IP, non static.

 

Also depends on what router you're planning on using. I'd recommend just using the Fritz!Box as it is a pretty good router...
