Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone in chch got their free upgrade to 200/20?

and if so what speeds are you getting?

Seem to be stuck on 150/20 and was wondering if this is an wide spread issue

What router are you using? It also looks like you're testing over WiFi based on that Ping.

Test over Ethernet only. You're on 200/20.

Still the same problem when connected to Ethernet. And router should be more than capable. RT-AC66U

is very consistent around 150/20

Sounds like you've got QoS enabled on your router. That bottlenecks them quite a bit.

Nope, no QoS turn on my router. also if i did, thats not how QoS works.

If its being throttled then is on slingshot side.

Interesting - seems rather strange since first impressions based on that ping and download speed would point towards the router / user using WiFi. My apologies!

I'll lock this - continue the discussion in this thread: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=49&topicid=236409
