Hi - if you start a 2d contract, is there any issue with moving address in the middle of it? What if you move to a temporary address in between?

TIA

No issue, this doesn't affect the term, we just need 30 days notice and customers are able to move address for free (even multiple times per year). our only stipulation is that when processing a move, customers must not have an overdue balance.

There will be no charge unless the local service provider (Chorus, Enable etc) have to do a new installation and therefore you will get the same service (ADSL, VDSL or Fibre) that's at the new address.

Please note if you have a Fibre connection DO NOT REMOVE THE ONT. The ONT and it's PSU (power supply unit) is property of the Local Fibre company, and must remain at the address.

Here's the info on our website - Moving address

Hope this helps.

Cheers
