Hi guys,

Has anyone else here ever had a problem with porting their Pay Monthly Spark number to 2degrees?

Started a port on Saturday, got a text Saturday afternoon saying port had failed, went back to the store they told me it was fine, waited until Monday afternoon, said to wait more, it will happen. Called Tuesday afternoon, they told me it failed, resubmitted it, called them this afternoon and now they say it “was successful” but they are going to to a manual request which can take 7 days, so it may happen on or before 2 October. Kind of getting ridic now.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi ziggyleaf,

Please PM us your current 2degrees number, 4 digit PIN and the number you want ported in from Spark with either the SIM number if it's a Prepay account or Pay Monthly account number is it's on account so we can follow up.

Cheers
