Might not apply to you but it could be related to a similar issue (https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=66&topicid=242645&page_no=3)
I have seem some IPv6 drop out early in the morning from log at 3:47AM today lasted about 2mins, but since than it's all good.
What's the last time you had pfSense fresh installed? if it's long time ago before 2.3 I would suggest might be a good time to do that.

Do you have pfsense? can you advise how you have setup?
I've made the other thread more generic - please discuss there: https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=66&topicid=242645
