Just wanted to post about my move to SNAP.

So far all the dealings have been in a word awesome!

The guy I spoke to on the phone, think his name was Simon, knew what he was talking about, knew the products, and quickly figured out I knew what I was talking about so didn't ask me dumb questions.

I have signed up for Naked DSL and shock... I rang on Friday and it's due to be installed today. Had to ring them back today to order a router, as mine died, and the install was confirmed as today.

Great work. Very happy.

This is how customer service is meant to be.

Naw, Pizza accross the road at La Porchetta. The chicken and margherita pizzas are amazing, very yummy.

Ok really pissed off now. While this is not Snap's fault and is no way a bad reflection on them... I was told today that the exchange that I am connected to is full and could be a wait of up to six months before I can get a connection.

This is just plain stupid. How does Telecom get away with this?

Very very un-happy camper!!!
