I am currently on a old Snap connection with Gigatown (Dunedin) and have a phone connection; the phone hasn't been used in a few years (and the physical phone actually died late 2018 and has been removed) and it looks like current Gigatown connections with 2D would save me $15 a month to do away with the phone - without ringing and asking (the obvious solution), does anyone know how the process works if you are an existing customer?

I assume that one can't take advantage of any credit promotions they have for new customers ...

(and yes, I will ring Monday when back in the office)
