I am able to open other ports, but with these two ports I can't seem to get them to open and forward using my USG / UniFi router.

Does 2 degrees ADSL/VDSL block these ports?

No they do not. Sounds like a configuration issue on your end.

The OP means blocks on incoming connections on ports 80 and 443, where he might want to run his own web server.  Outbound connections to 80 and 443 will have their inbound port number >= 1024 and would not be affected by such blocks, so access to outside web sites would work fine.

Hi All - We do not block in bound ports on residential connections. It's either a configuration issue on the router or webserver etc.

Nick
