I've been successfully using the free hour of data each lunch day (when I remember); today I went to use it and the app only offered me paid values ..I do have a currently active $19 prepaid carryover combo

 

Has the promotion ended (website still advertising it and the terms and conditions doesn't seem to have an expiry date)

App is fully updated; forced closing and restarting the phone has not resolved (I do this frequently for Pokemon Go)
Clearing app data has not resolved

 

However uninstalling and installing the app has resolved and the free data has showed up again.
