Hey - was wondering if anyone has had a fault like mine. First time on fibre , worked for a week and then late last Wednesday night, lan1 shows disconnected with router still on

Changed cables, routers etc then plugged in a computer and found lan1 will only connect if in 10mbps and full duplex

Also when computer connects it gets no ip from their dhcp

Their support can only send tickets to ‘level2’, they cant call them and they cant call me with updates

Has anyone experienced this?

Think you need to tell them pull their thumb out or you're off.

They'll prob sit right across from "level 2".......

Sounds like a faulty port in the modem...

Have you tried plugging the cable into another port?
