It happened a few times - I log into my 2degrees account and it shows "overdue"... And yet I haven't received the email with the invoice for the month.

Is there a place I can download the broadband invoice from the website?

Hiya,

Login to https://secure.2degreesbroadband.co.nz/payments and it will provide an option to download invoices.

Nick.

@NickMack thanks - but there's no such option in my account.

Whereabouts exactly?  When I saw the original post I went looking to check (as I was certain it was there) but have absolutely failed to find links to my invoices.  All I get is a list of charges and payments:

No invoices and links to anything that I can see (I may have the stupid).

That's what I see - sent Nick a screenshot with similar results.

Hiya,

So if you goto www.2degreesbroadband.co.nz click on "Your 2degrees", "Broadband & Phone" - Access Your account and login.

Click on your account balance, you should see something similar??

No, I do not see that. I sent a PM with what I see on the whole page.

The following box has two links... If I click on the amount it just reloads the "summary" (the page itself) and if I click the button "Your account balance" it links to the list of transactions

I have just logged into parents-in-law account. Same situation - like myself they only have broadband, no phone number.

Am I right perhaps to assume that if you have broadband only then the link to invoice is not showing - it only appears if you have a landline number?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Hi All,

I had a chat with the Development team - Download invoice is available to customers who have made calls and they wish to see history etc. We don't currently offer the functionality to download the full invoice as it's emailed out on a monthly basis, I've asked for this feature to be looked into. If the mail isn't delivered to a recipient, then the other option is to call into Care to have it resent. Mauricio, happy to resend yours to you if you wish.

Nick.

Thanks. Please resend the last one? I checked my Office 365 deleted items and definitely not there. I need it to claim expenses...

No worries, it's actually sent to a gmail account by the looks.
