Hello.

Have finally had fibre installed at my property (shared driveway, multiple units). However, it took a neighbour getting it setup via a different ISP to do so.

According to the 2degrees website and phone rep, fibre is not available at this address.

Is there a reason for this? Since paying for VDSL when fibre is available is somewhat annoying.

chch?

Have you tried discussing this with 2d?

I'd suspect your neighbour applied after the changes to fibre permissions, yours being before then.

Nah, I'm in Tauranga.

Fibre was installed in the street back in Oct 2016, and available through other ISPs, just not 2d.

I'll hit them up again now that it's actually at my house.

Thanks
