I just got a new phone recently but I can't find GoTalk app from google play store. Has it been pulled off? How can I install it again?

GoTalk

GoTalk is a mobile application Slingshot was offering previously. This service is no longer available although we will continue to support existing customers with it.

A quick search shows the apk is available from the usual sources for sideloading apk's if it is required.

Yes I can sideload it but isn't "continue to support existing customers" meaning I should still be able to get the app in some official channel instead of some random untrusted places?

Id read that as "if you have it installed, we'll help, but otherwise, no". If they no longer "offer" the service, why would they "offer" the app ? :)

They still support existing customers and I am one of them. And I still have access to that service. The app is part of the service so they should continue to support it. The iOS version is still available on apple app store.

Have you asked them for a copy of the apk? You'd be one of probably only a handful of people still using the service, so I guess by having the app in the store still for a product that doesn't exist that in itself creates issues as well.

Yeah, I was hoping the Slingshot representative can help me here as their customer support is usually not very helpful regarding things that not used by many people.
