The Kiwi Heroes FAQ says the pricing is available even if you leave the job that made you eligible.  So, is it available to ex-workers from the eligible services?  And if so, how do we prove eligibility?

T&Cs say you have to be a current employee, https://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/termsofuse/mobile/pay-monthly/kiwi-hero-carryover-plan-promotion/

I believe you get to keep the plan if you leave the job, but that's probably because they have no way to know if you're still employed by the group that made you eligible, other than regularly checking with you for proof.

Shame it doesn't include (lowly paid) education support staff as well as registered teachers. They are just as 'heroic' in my book.

Couldn't agree more...teacher aides and assistants that look after special needs kids are paid virtually minimum wage and get little in return.

@2degrees this would be a great way of extending the offer to those that are not "registered teachers"...especially as the families of armed service personnel seem to be included...
