Is this a thing with 2degrees will go in store and check when I can.
So I did scratchie freebie on box of p30 pro. Got 29 carryover. Tried to cancel straight away as had renews written there in app. Comes up call us. Called and 45min later on hold told that won't renew don't worry.
It tried to renew but didn't have funds said cancels in 2 weeks.

Now all my carryover minutes gone including those for the actual add on I use. Went to site and added up called for month to 30 mins even though 60minutes is what talk and text $8 pack gets. I mainly use shared data with wife for everything.

I assume by the freebie one ending I lost all. Even though help person kept saying don't worry.

Is there a way to see carry over history to see where it disappeared (if was me without noticing) or only the logs of phone calls etc. Either way 30mins missing for this month.

Seems dodgy as they could just remove a chunk every now and again and no history to know.

Care should be able to see what expired and what was used. Do be aware that the $8 pack will only keep the carryover minutes, but not the data although it sounds like that’s not your priority.
