One difference will be the wireless speed. The 7490 has 802.11ac which will give you 1300Mbit/s download, the 7560 will give 866Mbit/s MAX: https://en.avm.de/products/comparing-avm-products/fritzbox/vdsladsl/.
So wireless clients will not be able to achieve the full speed you're paying for.
@2DegreesCare states Fibre with 900/400 should have received a 7490 here I wonder if that's changed or they just sent the wrong one? Hopefully pinging them will help.

7560 will be fine for the job! How much speed do you really need over Wi-Fi?
7560 is more than getting the job done for Ethernet!
Massive improvement over the EdgeRouter-X, even with that having its hardware offloading all enabled. Seeing a 35-50% increase in downstream speed, with more consistent latency. Great stuff!
I'll be using the 7560 as a second wireless access point on the opposite end of the flat. I've currently got a UniFi AP AC LR. We get great coverage overall, but it does leave a small bit to be desired in the back two rooms (which is conveniently where the router is situated).

7490 won't either - and even then it depends on using 80MHz channels and all client devices supporting 3x3 to get real world ~700Mbps!
