Hi all,

I have been using a 2degrees SIM (shared data SIM from my main account) with the direct APN for accessing a remote camera. All was working fine until today, my modem/router (Huawei B315) refuses to connect with an error: Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider. Changing the APN back to internet works fine.

There was a thread here from 2016 with users reporting a similar issue, although I assume in their case the connection was working but incoming traffic was not.

Any help or confirmation that other users are seeing this issue greatly appreciated.

I'll let the appropriate person know. I do not believe that was planned.

There have been some HSS profile changes in the last couple of days that could be a source of this issue. If it's still not working for you, PM me your number so we can check.

It stopped at or very near to midnight if that helps.

I don't need it these days so will stick with internet.

Yeah that'd be about right for planned work.
