Router: Netcomm NF4V
(If this helps:)

Software version: GURNV5.OT132A-8-NC.Orcon-R5B036.EN

DSL PHY and Driver Version: A2pv6F039i.d25b

Internet light stays constant, however all connected devices lose connection until router is restarted.

Happens around 2 or three times a week, usually in the evening.

What are my options here?

I have a Fritzbox (ex-Snap) which I'm happy to copy the settings to and use as my router. That thing worked for years without any fuss.

Can I try a Firmware upgrade?

Not worth calling the team over, intermittent issues are a PITA to resolve then and there, but what can I do to help troubleshoot/maintain stability?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you looked for a firmware update? If one is not available then you can't do one if one is available then do the update!

How many devices do you have connected? Are they on WiFi or ethernet?

Hey @tehgerbil,

You are on one of our oldest firmware versions and our more recent one will definitely help with your issues.

Could you flick me your account number in a private message? I'll have the team push the update.

Please let me know!

Matt

Update: MatteGreen has replaced the router and haven't been any drop outs since!
