Experiencing slow download speeds and high latency.  Called the Helpdesk and was told that they are investigating a possible network issue.  Was advised that it may take 2 days to investigate...2 days!?!

Yes :-( Interested to know about the possible network issue as there is nothing on the status page.


I'm guessing things will work for a day or 4 by tomorrow then it'll get slow again.
