Hi,

I'm planning to have a 12 month contract with 2 degrees. However, I don't still have the full information of their techs and conditions. (Note that I'm a newbie in regards to broadband terms)

1.) Do I still have to pay a termination fee if I decide to go to another ISP (even though I have completed the 12 months)?

2.) What is their modem model?

3.) If I change my mind with static ip, can I change back to dynamic ip?

4.) Also, their Amazon Prime video is free for 1 year. Can I unsubscribe to Prime Video? I don't wanna pay extra for this.

1) No once the contract term is up $0 to move to another ISP (why would you)

2) Fritzbox 7490 I got recently (Nice router)

3) Yes of course

4) Once the free Amazon Prime is up 12 months you don't have to keep it going and easy to unsubscribe (You can easily do this logged into your 2degrees account)

Edit: You could end up with a fritzbox 7560 as well

Edit Edit: 2degrees also provides fantastic support here on Geekzone from actual staff, It's awesome

This is me logged into my 2degrees account showing how easy it is to unsubscribe from Amazon Prime and it makes it very clear when the free 12 months is up
