I've been seeing some strange dropouts on my 2degrees connection over the last week, it always happens between 11pm and 12am. Connectivity to everything just dies, and then comes back 3-4 minutes later.

You can see in the traceroutes that a few succeed after a bunch of timeouts, if it's close to the end of the dropout.

Traceroutes just to demonstrate the issue... everything stops (browsing, VPNs, SSH sessions etc)

Fibre. The (non-2d) connection on my other ONT is fine during these dropouts as well.

I also had an outage between 0008 and 0146 this morning (just after midnight last night). Fibre connection. I was up at the time so rebooted equipment to no avail. GPON light was solid on the ONT, no outages showing on either chorus map or 2D website. Router had an IP address but traceroutes wouldn't go any further than the router.

I called the helpdesk on number listed 0800 022 567 and was told no outages, check back in the morning. Came back by itself at 1:46.

Hi All, there are a heap of network orgments underway at the moment adding capacity, more caching, new pops and replacing older bngs (subscribers termination) and rebalancing as we build up to the rugby world cup.
