A number of users in our organisation have begun to report issues with calls not ringing, SMS not being sent and Voice messages not showing up until the NEXT missed call. This seems to have started over the last few weeks.

Reports are spread across the country, we use a variety of phones (mainly Android Nokia and even some Windows phones still!)

I'm urging users to report their issues to 2Degrees direct but wonder if there are any issues with 2Degrees at present or other trouble shooting steps I can take.
