I have a generic v380 camera that I was using a a security camera it was all good. Not so long ago i changed routers to a standard slingshot supplied router.

 

Has anyone else happened to have had a issue with these two talking to each other? 

 

Thought I would ask here before i go to far down the rabbit hole or ring customer support

LOL Sometimes i miss the old days of standing in a office with a tech beside me.

 

He says "whats the problem?" 

 

I say "doesnt work"

 

He says "Ok cool ill have a look..."

 

Anyway back to now

 

The v380 whyen siwtched on would voise "connecting to wifi""connected" 

 

You could then see it in the availble wifi box with the other options you then choose it and so on towards setup

 

Now it doesnt show in the window

There must be a way of factory resetting it? I imagine it would then broadcast a network that you connect to, and tell it your new wireless details or something?

The factory reset did it welldone!
