So I've had a random auto top up that appears on my credit card. How can I find out what number is associated with it?

Im on account, so is my wife and I have checked the kids phones and its not them.

Any way to determine what the number is or how I can block auto top up from my end if I dont have the device/SIM associated with the top up?

I've messaged them through their website as wait times are a bit silly of late (and live chat is always "unavailable"

Have you tried logging into your mobile account & checking the associated numbers?

and continue on to Dashboard > Usage & spend > apply desired filter

Thanks, I have tried that but as mentioned Im on account so I dont see those options.

Auto-top up is set up at account level, and there is no way back-trace to account by using credit card number.

The easiest way is to ask retail store staff check it for you. It needs to check every family member's account, provided you are authorized on their accounts.

Else, disable your credit card.

Dispute the charge with your bank, the merchant will then have to prove its a valid charge that you authorised, and in the process you find out the number. Some banks do charge quite a lot for a failed dispute tho so check that cost first, and they may also make you get a new card anyway so perhaps just get a new card and deal with the idiocy that is the card number changing invalidating all your other pre-arranged transactions.
