Hi,

We have shifted premises and trying to connect the unifi gateway to the 2degrees via fibre. I am using PPPoE with the same username, password and vlan = 10 as in the previous office. In the gateway, it shows the Internet is connected but when I tried to ping the DNS, I get the output "network unreachable".

Any ideas?

Regards

Paul

Ok I just figure out from the 2degrees support, the router configured to DSL is using the same credentials. Just have to disconnect the router and retest.
