Hi

I recently swapped over to 2degrees (900/400) and have noticed for the last couple of days when I try and watch twitch it will buffer and freeze. This generally happens from around 8pm til 10pm, before and after those times its fine (can watch 1080p)

I was on Spark previously on a slower connection and never had these issues

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks!

Hi All,

We have been waiting for our upstream provider to be out of the Christmas change freeze and work with us to provision additional capacity. This morning we added 20GB Trans-Tasman to the network. We hope to have our AWS and Apple caches arriving later on this month also.

Nick.

Could this also be why streaming television is quite difficult at peak times especially tonight 8pm 21st? Fibre 100/20.

This is despite speedtest results being quite acceptable?

Television streaming faultless on my 100/20 2d fibre connection using Vodafone TV or the inbuilt Apps!

You do you to provide more information on what television you are streaming from where and how?

Must be a fault in my area as my warcraft latency is high to LA servers as well despite having restarted everything.
