Well from the recent release it states they only have 50 sites up and running. And they expect to have completed 400 sites in the next 18 months as part of the first Phase... Which we know is their minimum amount needed to release…

Damn this is looking like a release date in 2010?

More on that...
About 2 months ago when they said they had only 50 sites I checked a few areas round Wellington and there was no reception for NZ 05 (NZ Comms) and recently I have noticed there are a few areas like Churtonpark, jville, Kelburn CBD that all have access to NZ Comms. Oddly there is no reception for the New Telecom towers...

i think you will find
NZ05 = Telecom
NZ24 = NZcomms
NZ01 = Vodafone
