I've completed the online order for a new pay monthly plan and also gone through the process of asking for my number to be moved over from Spark. All pretty simple and easy online so that's a plus.

The question I have is, will a new SIM card be posted to me or do I need to get one from somewhere or call someone? I currently use eSIM with Spark so I don't have an existing SIM card.

If you did it via the web site you should receive a SIM in the mail.

Cool, no real hurry as I'm pretty much stuck to my home WiFi at the moment :-)
