I have pretty much the same problem with this guy,

The thing is my ONT works fine with my existing modem that 2degrees send us. I have done every setting on my ASUS router right but it just wont connect to the internet. Anyone knows why?

Have you configured the WAN port to use VLAN10?

Which for the ASUS routers, is configured under LAN -> IPTV -> Select ISP Profile -> Manual Setting -> Internet: VID 10, PRIO 0



I'm using a similar ASUS router with 2degrees.

I'm using a similar ASUS router with 2degrees.
Yes I have done this setting. It is on the PB TECH instructions. But the network is still showing disconnected. Not sure why.

I'm using the AC88U with Asuswrt-Merlin 3rd party firmware, so the screenshots may not be exactly the same as yours.

Disable VPN/ DHCP.

Guys I have just received some messages from a guy who works at 2degrees. According to him it is an issue from their end and he fixed it. I'll try to connect tonight and see how it works out. Cheers for the help guys!
