I’m on 200/20 fibre.

Ran two speed tests on different devices and got same result.

Roughly 5 times more then my plan speed for upload, 201/108.

Wonder if error or if all 200 plans have had an upload boost.

Edit Either that or Speed test is not giving reliable results.

Profile provisioning errors seem to be pretty common at 2degrees, but I've never seen one this way around!

I had to call in because I ordered 1000/500 and got 1000/100 instead

Must be a systemic issue at 2degrees cause I've seen quite a few of these posts on GZ

I don’t think it’ll effect me to much if it goes back to 20. It was correct when first provisioned and I never noticed when it went to 100. I don’t upload much.

It was provisioned correctly at  200/20 at start so I’ve changed nothing in my plan since, except static IP.

See if they pick up on it. If they contact me from this post I’ll PM details.

Cheers.

I should be on 200/20, but multiple times i've been pushed back to 100/20. Nevermind tho, signed on for 12 months to get the 900/400 deal 🤷

If you're in Christchurch, you might find yourselves getting some bonus upload. Enable have boosted the 200/20 plan to 200/100 and I believe we've migrated most, if not all customers over to this. Note, this is for customers on Enable fibre.

Cheers

FWIW, I was still getting 200/20 on Speedtest and had to manually change the connection settings in the Fritz!Box config (at some point 2degrees lost the ability to remotely modify settings).

So that's Internet > Account Information > Internet Connection > Connection Settings: Change connection settings, and then in Via an External Modem set the Downstream & Upstream values to 200 and 115. Then I get 200 and 109 Mbps on Speedtest. That extra 5 on the upstream setting does make a difference, but tinkering with downstream doesn't seem to.

why not just set you downstream / upstream to 1000 / 1000

Then if you get a speed boost in the future you wont need to do anything.
This setting won't have any negative impact

Fair enough. It would likely break the prioritization features the Fritz!Box has by device/traffic type, but guessing that's not often used.

What values has 2degrees set ?

Setting your qos above your line rate can have quite an impact to your experience in times where the pip fills.

You will get packets dropped at the far end rather than on your side.
