From memory this isn't the first time this has happened either

@antoniosk not sure there are many companies who haven't had certs slip. and as noted above, seems they had it, already just didn't install or setup correctly.

Yup, looks like it's all sorted now - sweet.  And yeah - wildcard cert so as above (i.e. was not a failure renewing the cert - just in installing it to one of their servers\sub-domains I guess)
